We are currently searching for a roaster to join our team at Lindholmen in Gothenburg.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small team and work in a dynamic, quality focused environment and to learn a lot about coffee and roasting.
Your tasks would include planning and executing production days with roasting,
and taking part in our quality control. Labelling, filling up bags and fulfilling orders.
Cleaning and caring for our space, equipment and machines, as well as working in our coffee bar.
You need to be able to work just as well together as a team as you do on your own,
while maintaining a high sense of service, quality and focus.
Working in a coffee roastery means you will spend a lot of time in a
very noisy environment, on your feet, with heavy lifting.
Our ideal candidate would already have experience from working with coffee,
ideally already having worked in a roastery environment.
While we appreciate previous experience, the motivation to learn, passion to
work hard and the will to provide outstanding service is our priority.
Our preferred candidate would have a Swedish driver’s license and
speak fluent Swedish and English.

Terms and salary are set according to the collective agreements of
the Swedish Food Workers’ Union, Livsmedelsarbetareförbundet.
The position would start as 50% in April and 100% from May.
